How does your “Lease Option” Program Work?

 We can lease you the home you like with the exclusive right to purchase it at a later date. 100% of your option fee (down payment) is credited toward the purchase price of the home, plus you may be eligible to receive a monthly credit towards the purchase price every time you make your lease payment on time.

How do I place a hold on a home I like?

 

Because it is so easy to qualify for one of our “Lease Option” homes, our homes do sell very fast. Many people have learned this lesson the hard way - therefore if you see a house on our web site that you want to purchase, we strongly recommend you place a HOLD DEPOSIT on it and we recommend you do it NOW

 

Don't take the chance that it will be there tomorrow because it may not be.  We are open 7 days a week and our houses can go faster than you can blink your eyes! 

 

We will work with you in every way possible to help you find the home that is just right for you. We want you to own your dream home! But you must be ready to buy when you see the home you want.

 

ALL HOLD DEPOSIT MONEY MUST BE IN CERTIFIED FUNDS AND IS NON REFUNDABLE (Cash, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders) - No personal checks on HOLD DEPOSITS are accepted.

 

For homes that are currently AVAILABLE - $1000 holds the home for 14 days. If the home is not yet available and you would like first dibs on it, then $1000 will hold it as well.

 

If you see a home but do not have the $1000 at that time (weekends, holidays, etc) then $100 will hold it until the next business day so you can get the certified funds.
